About Us

SMAS History

SMA is a dynamic co-educational institution which was officially opened on the 25th  of September, 1995. A handful of pupils numbering about 20 declared the dream come-true with 10 men and women driven by a common desire to produce a solid ground for a brighter future which resulted in birth of the school. These people then served as the pioneering staff. The school aims at preparing a solid foundation for a self-reliant, self-sufficient, self-dependent future adult. 

Today, saints’ Mary & Alfred Nursery and Primary  School can boast of well over 350 pupils and are ably supported by a team of more than fifty academic and non-academic staff, each a highly trained professional, knowledgeable and certified to deliver finest product (the Nigerian Child of future) for an onward educational pursuit in tertiary institutions.

Certification

Saints’ Mary & Alfred Nursery and Primary School is thus certified and registered with the Federal Ministry of Education as a result of hard work, services delivery and a one-on-one contact with our children. Without a doubt, our accomplishment and our clients are our best promoters. Admission

The children are given admissions based on their performances in the entrance examination and personal assessment during interviews. This allows for proper placements. Admissions forms are obtainable from the school office and return to the same office after completion. Pupils are given admission after undergoing appropriate tests based on their ability.
